SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

All orders are shipped via DHL with tracking and delivery confirmation.

Standard delivery time for most European countries and the USA is 1-2 days. Please see the bottom of the page for shipping prices and delivery times.

Shipping prices apply only to the first item in your order. Any additional items in the same order are shipped free of charge.

To track your order simply paste your tracking number received by email to Google. Click the googled result to view full history or to save the tracking or print the proof of delivery.

TAXES

All prices are charged in euros.  As we are not a VAT payer, 0% VAT will be charged on all orders. 

DUTY & CUSTOMS

Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may apply separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements.

Private individual customers from European union are exempt from customs declaration. Non-European union and international customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective countries.  

DOMESTIC DELIVERY 

We ship from Slovakia (Central Europe). Orders within Slovakia are shipped FREE by DHL Parcel (Ground) and delivery time is one day.
