PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order your dress now with 20% off the dress price using a code PREORDERMYDRESS20%. 

During the initial period of pre-orders the first pre-orders will be dispatched in the end of October 2017 and you will be individually notified about the status of your pre-order via email.  

Your pre-orders will help us with initial funding of all resources and creating the inventory more quickly so since January 2018 we are able to fulfil your orders promptly and start shipping all standard orders on the next business day.  

Pre-order period will end on December 31, 2017.

ORDERS

After the initial period of pre-orders, standard orders will normally be dispatched the next business day.

 

SHIPPING PRICES & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship worldwide by DHL courier service.

Delivery time by DHL for most European countries and the USA is 1-2 days. Please see the list of the countries with delivery times on the Shipping page.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

1. If you've received a discount code, you will be prompted to enter it in BEFORE you finalize the amount paid. 

2. After selecting your items, please go to the cart on the top right corner of the website.

3. Once you are in the cart, click the CHECK OUT button (even if you want to pay with PayPal, you will be given that option later at the end of the check out along with the payment options).

4. After filling out all your contact, billing and shipping details you will be asked to fill in the discount code on the following page. Click the APPLY button and the amount will get discounted. After that you can proceed with finalizing your payment.

5. The discount will be applied to the original purchase amount, which does not include shipping. 0% VAT is calculated on the price AFTER the code is applied. Shipping is added to the amount, and must be paid.

 

PACKAGING

Your dresses will be wrapped in a simple yet attractive recycled and recyclable packaging that is also perfect for gift giving!

 

PAYMENTS

We accept payments via Paypal.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Paypal You will be taken to the PayPal platform where you can click the button Pay with Debit or Credit Card without owning an existing Paypal account and without opening one.

VISA Electron cards are accepted only if they do not require 3D Secure or a PIN entry.

You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total euro amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping).

All prices are charged in euros.  As we are not a VAT payer, 0% VAT will be charged on all orders. 

If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.  In general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rate. Xe.com features a quick, easy, & free foreign exchange rate calculation using up-to-the-minute exchange rates.

 

TAXES

All prices are charged in euros.  As we are not a VAT payer, 0% VAT will be charged on all orders. 

 

DUTY & CUSTOMS

Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may apply separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements.

Private individual customers from European union are exempt from customs declaration. Non-European union and international customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective countries.

 

RETURNS & REPAIRS

All our dresses are created with love and care. Your satisfaction is very important to us and if for some reason you are not fully satisfied and want to return or exchange your dress, please follow the instructions below.

How do I return my dress? 
To return your dress please contact us first via email at hello@artisara.com and request a home/office pick-up service. After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package. The courier will get in touch with you in order to arrange the service details. If for some reason the arranged date is not convenient for you, get in touch with them to change it.

How long do I have to return my dress?
Returns can be made within 15 days from the date of dress delivery, no questions asked.

Do I have to pay anything to return my dress? 
No, the costs will be taken care of by our brand.

How will I receive my refund? 

Once the return has been approved (the dresses have to be in perfect condition, in original packaging and internal labels must be intact), you will receive your 100% refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

When will I receive my refund? 
Once your returned package has been received by us and the return has been approved (the dresses have to be in perfect condition, in original packaging and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within 5 days.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect? 
Please contact us via email hello@artisara.com and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Artisara reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or dresses which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Can I exchange my dress?
Yes, please contact us first at hello@artisara.com.

The same process applies then like in case of returns.

Artisara reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
